You don't pay ANY commission with me. My fee is always paid for by the sellers once the sale is final.

Legal documents, status certificates, surveys, home inspections, clauses, conditions, scheduling viewings, negotiations, chattels excluded, financing approval, lawyer approvals, closing costs ... You'll have a lot of questions, but I'll provide you with the right answers making the process as stress free as possible!
