  • Who is this program for?
    This program is for real estate agents but it's not for every real estate agent. It is specifically for the ambitious agent with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build a meaningful and thriving career based on integrity & authenticity. It doesn't matter where you are in your career.. If you are a new agent who feels alone without any guidance - this is for you. If you are a struggling and frustrated agent -this is for you.   • How soon can I expect results?
    That depends on you. I will provide you with the tools and guidance needed for you to thrive but it will be up to you to implement them. You may find overnight success, but that's not what this program was designed to do. The teachings in this program are meant to equip you with knowledge & tools that will absolutely set you up for long term success. You need to be willing to set your intentions, put in the effort and stay dedicated to achieiving your goals. However, I can say that you will absolutely see the fruit of your labour!
  • What if I'm afraid to make the investment?
    Let me ask you a question. Do you believe that with my 10 years of experience in real estate sales making over six figures, I can help you find at least one client and make at least one deal? If so, then you will make back MORE than your initial investment here and you don't have to let fear hold you back. Consider that your fear might actually be excitement. These two emotions actually produce the same feeling. There was a time when I had to make all my investments on my line of credit and credit cards. I knew I had to spend some money to make money. So if you are a little scared, that is completely normal. It means you are taking this investment opportunity seriously.
  • Can I take advantage of any discounts?
    Yes! The 12 Week Mentorship Program is the minimum commitment required to ensure you are positioned for sucess in your career. If you commit to the 12 Month Mentorship Program you will benefiting from a discount. Should you commit to the 12 Month Mentorship Program and you choose to pay-in-full, you will benefit from adiscount. Note: A payment schedule is in place for the 12 Month Mentorship Program. Only 50% payment is required to begin the program with the remainder due on the 1st day of the 6th month.
  • Can I start now and pay later?
    Nope. Here’s the truth: If you’re not confident enough to bet on yourself, then I’m not confident enough to bet my time, money, and energy on you either. Success requires intention, dedication & sacrifice. These elements light a fire within and motivate you to succeed. Removing them would actually be doing you a disservice by positioning you to fail. Payment is accepted by credit card, e-transfer or wire transfer. For those who need extra support, I work with a 3rd party financial lender that has amazing loan terms and if you’d like to know more, just schedule the call and I will make that connection for you. Note: A payment schedule is in place for the 12 Month Mentorship Program. Only 50% payment is required to begin the program with the remainder due on the 1st day of the 6th month.
  • 12 Week Mentorship Program v.s 12 Month Mentorship Program.
    The 12 Week Mentorship Program is the minimum commitment required to set you up for success in your career. I establish the framework, teach you the fundamentals, give you the tools you'll need and I literally pave the path for you to thrive as a realtor. All you have to do is continue on that path and you'll be thriving in your career. The 12 Month Mentorship Program is the exact same program but with long-term accountability & support to ensure that you stay committed to reaching your goals and vision. Accountability will keep you focused, fired up and engaged. Accountability will increase your income. Accountability will accelerate your success. Accountability will ultimately ensure success and have you thriving in your career as a real estate agent.
  • Do your methods work outside of Canada and the United States?
    Absolutely. This program teaches you the fundamentals needed for your business to grow and thrive despite your countries real estate regulations.
